Get ready for an unforgettable journey into the heart of policy and innovation!

The Fellowship kicks off with an immersive, behind-the-scenes orientation where you'll dive deep into how Congress really works. Then, you'll spend eight exciting weeks working inside a Congressional office, paired with a seasoned policy mentor who will guide and inspire you every step of the way. Throughout the summer, you'll build powerful connections through weekly networking events and sharpen your skills with hands-on professional development sessions. You'll also tackle a real-world STEM policy issue in a dynamic capstone project. But the experience doesn’t end in D.C.—you'll stay connected with your cohort through engaging biweekly seminars, continued mentorship, and ongoing opportunities to grow as a changemaker in STEM policy.
